Information obligation
Due to the fact that, as of 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), is in force,
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of this Regulation, I hereby inform you that:
- The controller of your personal data is Keten Group, with its registered office at ul. Puszkarzy 7, 04-436 Warsaw, NIP number: 9522254388 and REGON number: 528242970, email address: info@ketenstore.pl.
- The Controller processes the following categories of your personal data: first and last name; street; house number; apartment number; postal code; city/town; country; contact phone number; email address; company name; and tax identification number (NIP). These data are obtained from you at the time of placing an order and at subsequent stages of its processing and fulfilment.
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing the contract concluded with the Controller, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the above-mentioned Regulation, and for the purpose of providing you with other services by the Controller – on the basis of your consent.
- The recipient of your personal data may be entities providing services to the data controller – based on data processing agreements.
- Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization.
- Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the services provided to you by the Controller under the concluded agreement.
- You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of such data, and the right to data portability.
- For reasons related to your particular situation, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. Without providing any reason, you are entitled to object when your data is used for direct marketing purposes.
- At any time, you have the right to withdraw the consent you have given; however, this will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of that consent before its withdrawal.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable regulations.
- Providing your personal data is voluntary; however, their provision is a condition for the performance of services by the Controller.
- Your data will be processed automatically. Your data will not be subject to profiling.
