How to make a return?

Online shopping should be convenient - including when you want to return something. That is why we have simplified returns to the bare minimum. No printing documents, no long forms and no unnecessary formalities. Just a few simple steps and you're done.

Step 1

Log in to your Customer panel, then select the order and the products you want to return

Step 2

Select the reason for the return and submit the return

Step 3

Choose and pay for the return shipping. Save the digital shipping code you receive

Step 4

Pack the parcel, place the digital shipping code on it, and take it to any parcel locker

Step 1

Check the status of your return or order without logging in

Step 2

Enter the order number that was provided when placing the order

Step 3

Enter the email address that was provided when placing the order

Step 4

Enter the authorization code received by email, then proceed in the same way as a registered customer
